Registered Nurse (Women’s Services)
Provide compassionate, family-centered nursing care for women across labor, postpartum, and gynecologic needs in a community hospital setting.
Key Duties
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions.
- Monitor fetal and maternal status and respond to changes promptly.
- Educate patients and families to support informed, safe care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and ability to provide safe, skilled clinical care.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while supporting continuous learning and growth.
