Role Summary: Early-career Primary Care Physician in a supportive, technology-enabled practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a varied patient panel.
- Deliver in-office care with occasional virtual care as needed.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
- Perform in-office medical procedures within scope.
- Supervise and support advanced practice clinicians.
- Use practice technology to enhance patient experience and care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Medical degree and eligibility to practice as a primary care physician.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, technology-enabled environment.
- Experience with or readiness to perform office-based procedures.
- Comfort supervising advanced practice colleagues.
