Provide general cardiology care to an established patient population in Southern Middle Tennessee across two hospital locations. Collaborate with experienced advanced practice providers, clinical support staff, two hospital teams, and a regional referral network to deliver high-quality cardiovascular services.
Key Duties
- Assess and manage patients with general cardiology needs.
- Deliver evidence-based cardiovascular care in a hospital setting.
- Coordinate with hospital teams and regional providers to support patient continuity of care.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant advanced practice/clinical credentials in cardiology or related specialty.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care skills.
