Wellness Nurse needed for an assisted living and memory care community focused on resident dignity, safety, and independence.
You will provide daily nursing care, manage and administer medications, and perform ongoing health assessments. Partner with caregivers, families, and physicians to develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans. Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond promptly with appropriate nursing interventions, and help maintain a warm, home-like environment.
