Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical)
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse adult patients by assessing needs, developing nursing plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Coordinate treatments and patient education in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective care.
Key Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical status
- Administer medications and deliver prescribed treatments
- Document care accurately and promptly in the EHR
- Support safe transitions of care and continuity across settings
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self-management
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and patient monitoring skills
- Proficiency with medication administration and documentation in an EHR
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to empathy, inclusion, continuous learning, and health equity
