Inpatient Rehab RN
Provide evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care to adult patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
- Assess and monitor patient condition, vital signs, and recovery progress.
- Manage medications and complex care needs in accordance with clinical standards.
- Support mobility and functional improvement through coordinated nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans, safety precautions, and self-care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop individualized care plans.
- Promote patient safety, prevent complications, and ensure effective care delivery.
- Document assessments, care provided, and outcomes using advanced EHR systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nursing licensure and strong inpatient rehab clinical judgment.
- Ability to manage complex medication and care regimens.
- Strong communication and patient/family education skills.
- Team-oriented approach with interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Competence with EHR documentation and accurate clinical recordkeeping.
