Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered support under the direction of nursing staff and clinicians. Assist with daily patient care, help monitor patient condition, and contribute to a safe, clean care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with registered nurses and physicians to meet patient care needs
- Assist with basic patient care tasks and ongoing comfort support
- Observe and report changes in patient status to the care team
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appropriate infection-control practices
- Support a respectful, compassionate patient experience
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nurse Assistant certification/license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide care with empathy and professionalism
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
