Clinical Nurse Educator (Emergency Department)
Lead clinical education for ED nursing staff by assessing learning needs, developing and delivering evidence-based training, and supporting onboarding and competency growth in a fast-paced, patient-first setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess educational needs and design competency-based programs.
- Deliver education through effective instruction and bedside coaching.
- Coordinate simulations and skills labs to reinforce safe, high-quality emergency care.
- Provide real-time guidance and coaching to support clinical performance.
- Partner with ED leadership and an interprofessional team to advance quality and safety initiatives.
- Mentor and support nurses to strengthen clinical excellence.
