Float Pool Registered Nurse (PRN)
Provide patient-centered nursing care across multiple acute care units, adapting to varying patient census and acuity.
- Assess patients, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Respond to changing patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.

Qualifications
