Seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide high-quality patient care in a Healthcare & Medical Services setting.
- Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications and support treatment plans.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes.
- Provide care coordination by assisting providers during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-management.

Qualifications & Skills: Current LPN/RN licensure, strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills, accurate EMR documentation, effective patient/family communication, and a commitment to safety, infection prevention, and teamwork.
