Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based physical therapy for an outpatient caseload. Evaluate patients to assess needs and determine diagnoses, then develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, mobility, and quality of life.
Key Duties
- Assess patient condition and develop targeted treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and self-management
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in an EMR system
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed physical therapist with strong clinical judgment
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment planning and patient care
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to collaborate in a patient-first, mentorship-focused environment
- Comfort working within an EMR for accurate clinical documentation
