Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate resident care on weekends to support safe, high-quality long-term care.
- Schedule, direct, and support nursing staff to ensure proper coverage and performance.
- Provide clinical support to residents and families, including answering clinical questions.
- Ensure accurate, complete documentation and appropriate clinical recordkeeping.
- Promote a safe, clean environment and uphold infection prevention standards.
- Protect resident confidentiality and comply with all applicable policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maintain consistent care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure with ability to lead and supervise within a long-term care setting.
