Digital Health Specialist to enhance technology-enabled care across outpatient rehabilitation clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, optimize, and maintain EMR, telehealth, remote monitoring, and patient engagement tools.
- Support physical, occupational, and speech therapy services through digital workflows.
- Train clinicians, provide ongoing technical support, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Partner with therapists and clinic leaders to analyze outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive digital solution adoption.
