Operating Room Registered Nurse (PRN)
Provide safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care across the surgical continuum—pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative—for a variety of procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Assess and manage patient needs before, during, and after surgery, following established clinical protocols.
- Support safe OR operations by preparing, assisting, and maintaining sterile and procedural standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies, safety practices, and perioperative protocols.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and accountability to promote positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong perioperative nursing knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment with a focus on patient safety.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
