Key Duties
- Conduct skin assessments and identify needs related to wound care
- Perform wound treatments and dressing changes per individualized care plans
- Monitor resident progress, comfort, and response to interventions
- Maintain precise, complete documentation of assessments and treatments
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, providers, residents, and families to support person-centered care
- Support infection prevention practices and promote healing and dignity
