Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote)
Provide insurance-based psychotherapy to adults via secure telehealth as an independent clinician.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
- Develop DSM-5-TR diagnoses and apply clinical judgment to support treatment decisions.
- Create person-centered treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Deliver effective psychotherapy and adjust treatment based on patient progress.
- Document clinical notes and care details in an EHR.
- Perform timely risk and safety assessments and take appropriate next steps.
- Coordinate care with other providers to support continuity and integrated treatment.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Clinical Social Worker; strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and risk-management skills; proficiency delivering telehealth therapy using secure systems.
