Key Responsibilities

- Explain available services and help residents and families evaluate options.
- Guide individuals through planning and decision-making with a resident-first approach.
- Partner with internal community teams to coordinate information and next steps.
- Provide a respectful, supportive experience from initial inquiry through follow-up.
