Job Summary
Provides respiratory care utilizing critical thinking skills and clinical expertise as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Assesses patients, develops, implements, and evaluates care plans, administers medications, and offers health education to patients and families. Acts as a clinical resource and provides leadership in patient care, supporting continuous learning and quality improvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
- Recent clinical respiratory care experience
- Current state license and NBRC RRT certification
- Educational background in Respiratory Therapy (AAS or BS)
- Computer literacy with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Hospital and departmental orientation completion
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years hospital experience
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP
