Position: Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Role & Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor. Coordinate patient flow, organize surgical service areas, and assist with departmental tasks. Provide relief during breaks and assist in onboarding new staff. Ensure efficient workflow, including room setup and equipment management.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of OR or procedural experience, nursing degree from an accredited institution, current RN license, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates hold a BSN.
Key Duties: Deliver high-quality surgical care across various specialties, support surgical team operations, and foster a collaborative, compassionate environment. Maintain safety and efficiency in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery setting with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
