Position Overview:

This role involves clinical nursing responsibilities with some charge nurse duties.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Possess and maintain a current RN license in the state of practice or within a compact licensure agreement, meeting all state board requirements.
• At least 1 year of operating room (OR) experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, support clinical operations, and fulfill charge nurse duties as needed.
