Position Overview

Provides direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy based on physician orders.
Acts as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff, consulting on therapy effectiveness and performing assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license, meeting state requirements
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Use of respiratory care devices
• Preferred: ACLS certification, critical care experience, Emergency Room PALS certification

None required for experience; certifications and physical demands are essential considerations.
