Position Overview:

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate care, maintain high standards, and support innovative healthcare models. Collaborate with team members to improve patient outcomes and ensure quality service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all regulatory requirements
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire, plus other unit-specific certifications as needed
