RN Staff Nurse Pool – Night Shifts

Position: Staff Nurse Pool, Med/Surg
Location: Highland Park Hospital
Hours: 12-hour nights, full-time (36 hours/week), with weekend and holiday rotations
Pay Range: $37.25 – $57.74/hour, based on experience and expertise
Responsibilities:

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate inpatient nursing care across medical-surgical units

Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care

Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications & Skills:

Current IL nursing license

Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred

BLS/CPR certification

Minimum one year of inpatient care experience
