Role: RN, Cardiac Imaging
Responsibilities:
- Perform stress testing and conduct patient assessments, collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Develop, communicate, and evaluate individualized care plans; document patient health data, interventions, and communications.
- Assist technical staff with contrast injections, venipuncture, medication administration, oxygen therapy, and IV management.
- Provide tailored patient and family education based on assessed needs.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, nursing research, and stay current with trends through ongoing education.
- Support evidence-based care, contribute to professional development, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Assist in transporting acutely ill patients as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS.
- Experience in Cardiac Imaging, with prior stress testing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
