Position: RN – ICU
Location: Highland Park, IL
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, day shift with rotating weekends
Pay Range: $37.25 – $57.74/hour, based on experience and skills
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care across patient populations, utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure regulatory compliance, assume accountability for patient outcomes, and guide unlicensed staff. Promote safety and a high-quality patient experience.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, preferred BSN degree, and minimum 1 year hospital experience.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills to deliver safe, personalized care and collaborate effectively with team members.
