We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities include
performing the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation delivering relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity partnering with patients and families for effective communication and goal achievement coordinating and documenting safe care delivery, supporting performance improvement, and participating in shared governance serving as a preceptor and promoting evidence-based practice, research, and quality initiatives developing protocols, optimizing resource use, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards Qualifications include a minimum of
an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications at least 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience
