Role Overview: Provides compassionate emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends. Collaborates with healthcare teams to promote and restore health through the nursing process, supervision, and patient education. Ensures quality care by adhering to standards, evaluating health outcomes, and making necessary adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish patient care goals and educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
- Supervise assigned team members and promote patient independence.
- Follow nursing standards, regulations, and best practices to maintain care quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care in a hospital setting during full-time, day-shift weekend hours. Support team collaboration, uphold care standards, and educate patients for better health outcomes.
