Position Overview:
Provide resident-centered nursing care in a 96-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and administer medications
- Conduct assessments, document findings, and contribute to care planning
- Implement infection control protocols and support treatments and emergency procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and documentation
- Knowledge of infection control practices and emergency response
- Strong communication and caregiving skills
Additional Details:
Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis, including shifts that may include every other weekend and some holidays.
