Role: Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant providing in-home therapy services to elderly and disabled patients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families to promote safety and independence at home
