Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care across various senior care settings, including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted and independent living, memory care, and home health.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care to meet residents’ needs.
- Support residents and families through compassionate communication and care planning.
- Adapt to diverse care environments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote dignity, safety, and quality outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license.
- Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a flexible, multi-unit role.
