Role: Pediatric RN providing skilled nursing care to children in home and community settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and administer medications and treatments.
- Manage complex care needs including trach, vent, and G-tube procedures.
- Develop individualized care plans and educate families on care procedures.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document care activities accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Compassionate and dedicated to pediatric patient care.
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric nursing, including complex care management.
- Excellent communication and family education abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Experience with EHR documentation preferred.
