Role: QC Chemistry Lead responsible for overseeing laboratory testing to ensure the safety and quality of pharmaceutical and infusion therapy products.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate daily QC chemistry activities, perform and review analytical testing (HPLC, GC, wet chemistry), troubleshoot methods and instruments, support method transfers and validations, and lead investigations.
- Leadership: Mentor analysts and promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the laboratory environment.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to cGMP and FDA/ICH regulations in all testing and processes.
