Role: Pediatric Home Health RN
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nursing care for medically fragile children in their homes
- Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Manage ventilators or tracheostomies when necessary
- Document care activities accurately in the EMR system
- Educate and support families to promote optimal care
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow individualized care plans
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current nursing license
- Experience or training in pediatric or home health care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate with a patient-first mindset
