Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based care to adults with complex medical and cardiac conditions.
- Manage continuous telemetry monitoring and respond promptly to patient status changes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support patient and family education initiatives.
- Precept and mentor new staff members as needed.
- Contribute to quality and safety improvement initiatives within the unit.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN license.
- Strong clinical skills in cardiac and medical telemetry care.
- Ability to respond effectively to patient emergencies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
