Role: Custodial Services EVS Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily environmental and custodial operations in a fast-paced facilities setting.
- Oversee cleaning programs, quality standards, and safety protocols to maintain a sanitary and welcoming environment.
- Supervise and schedule frontline staff, conduct inspections, and manage supplies and budgets.
- Partner with clients to address issues and enhance service quality.
- Train staff, enforce safety and infection-control procedures, and support operational growth.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

- Leadership and supervisory experience in custodial or environmental services.
