Role: Registered Nurse in the Float Pool – Emergency Services
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations across multiple emergency departments
- Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for acute and critically ill patients
- Administering medications and monitoring vital signs and diagnostic results
- Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supporting patients and families through fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Assisting with triage and maintaining accurate documentation
- Upholding safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Adapting quickly to varied clinical environments to meet patient needs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
