We are seeking a Behavior Interventionist 1:1 to deliver direct behavioral support to children and young adults in school and clinical environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collecting and recording behavioral data
- Reinforcing replacement skills
- Collaborating closely with BCBA supervisors, teachers, and families
- Supporting students in classrooms and community settings
- Managing challenging behaviors safely using evidence-based practices
- Participating in team meetings and receiving ongoing training and coaching
