Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
- Perform ventilator management and administer respiratory therapies
- Conduct diagnostic tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure patient safety and provide education about respiratory health
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist
- Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary care and respiratory therapies
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, inclusive environment
