Role: RN OR Service Line Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily OR activities for a designated service line, including case scheduling and ensuring instrument and supply readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth surgical operations.
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care, supporting patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Support staff education, competency development, and assist with policy and process improvements.
- Monitor and improve quality and safety metrics within the surgical services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong clinical coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in perioperative nursing and surgical services preferred.
- Ability to lead and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Focus on patient care quality, safety, and process improvement.
