Role: Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit within Healthcare & Medical Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults with complex and rapidly changing conditions in a high-acuity step-down setting.
- Conduct continuous assessments and perform cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Titrate medications as prescribed and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure with relevant clinical experience in acute or critical care settings.
- Strong assessment skills, proficiency in cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, and medication management.
