Role: Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Lung Rescue ICU
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership at the bedside for high-acuity pulmonary and critical care patients.
- Coordinate complex patient care through assessment, care planning, and implementation of evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor patient outcomes to ensure quality and safety.
- Support staff development via mentoring, education, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
