Role: Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care and rehab units
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document resident status accurately
- Support and implement individualized care plans promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, residents, and families in a culturally sensitive environment
- Contribute to a team-focused, respectful, and continuous learning atmosphere
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Strong clinical skills in nursing care and medication administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally sensitive setting
