Role: Operating Room RN
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert perioperative care before, during, and after complex procedures
- Conduct patient assessments and prepare the OR environment
- Circulate and enforce strict aseptic techniques
- Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff
- Mentor peers and support quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to enhancing patient safety and outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Nurse licensure with perioperative or surgical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and medication administration
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a surgical team and support continuous improvement
