Role: Medical ICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for critically ill adult patients in the ICU
- Coordinate patient care and mentor ICU nurses
- Promote evidence-based practice and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage daily staffing and oversee patient flow
- Support complex clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Foster a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous learning in a fast-paced critical care setting
