We are seeking a dedicated Microbiology Laboratory Technician to perform microbiology testing to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Conduct microbiology laboratory tests following established protocols and quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures and results. Ensure proper handling, processing, and storage of specimens. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and reliable test results. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements in the laboratory environment. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Must obtain an MLS, MLT, or M-ASCP Scientist in Microbiology credential within six months of employment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of microbiology testing procedures and laboratory safety protocols.
