Role: Patient Sitter/Observer
Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous, one-on-one observation for patients at risk of falls, confusion, or self-harm.
- Monitor patient behavior and maintain a safe environment.
- Promptly report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist with basic comfort needs of patients.
- Follow safety and infection-control protocols.
- Accurately document observations and interactions.
