Role: Registered Nurse in the Florence Orthopedics/Neurology/Stroke Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse needs.
- Perform patient assessments and administer medications accurately.
- Coordinate complex care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments.
- Monitor neurologic and post-surgical status, responding promptly to changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
