We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, hygiene, toileting, and nutritional needs
- Obtaining vital signs and supporting restorative and memory care programs
- Ensuring resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Documenting care accurately and following established care plans and infection-control standards
- Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and families to promote quality of life
