Role Overview: Provides comprehensive nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients and their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administering medications accurately and safely.
- Delegating tasks and overseeing care provided by team members.
- Serving as a resource nurse, preceptor, and charge nurse as assigned.
