Role: ICU Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care for critically ill adults in a fast-paced ICU setting.
- Perform rapid assessments, manage ventilators and complex drips, and interpret labs and EKGs.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Support and educate patients’ families, maintaining compassionate communication.

Qualifications & Skills:
